Product Launch Campaign, Messaging, and Brand Narrative

Overview
I led copy and messaging for the global product launch of Promethean’s flagship interactive display. The work was developed collaboratively across the creative team and spanned brand narrative, campaign concept ideation, video, web, email, social, and sales enablement.

My role
Senior copywriter and brand creative partner across the launch. I developed the core copy framework, messaging, and written campaign content; contributed to campaign concept development and creative direction; wrote and refined scripts for video and social; and collaborated closely with creative design and video, product marketing, product development, field marketing, and sales enablement teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and voice across all touchpoints. I also prepared content for localization and translation.

Intent
Introduce a complex, feature-rich product in a way that was clear, human, and confident, while unifying brand voice across channels and helping sales teams, partners, and buyers quickly understand value, differentiation, and real-world use cases.

Coming Soon Teaser Campaign

To build early excitement and generate lead momentum ahead of the ActivPanel 10 launch, the creative team developed a multi-channel teaser campaign spanning web, social, email, , and video. This video represents one asset from that effort.

My contributions included collaborative concepting and creative direction, copywriting and script development, and close partnership with design and video teams to shape pacing, transitions, music, and overall visual flow.

Working closely with the creative director and graphic design team, I partnered on the development of the ActivPanel 10 launch overview video, writing a clear, features-forward script that delivers a focused, end-to-end product narrative.

ActivPanel 10 Sales Assets

To support sales efforts across Promethean’s target markets, we developed audience-specific asset suites for
K–12 Education, Higher Education, and Workplace, including product flyers and supporting social content designed to clarify value and use cases.

Tradeshow Booths

To ensure consistency across a global tradeshow presence, campaign messaging was adapted to be succinct, attention-grabbing, and easily legible in high-traffic environments. The work was deployed across major international events, including ISTELive and InfoComm in the U.S., Bett UK in London, and a range of regional shows.
